Pre-Conference Workshop
The 2-Day course from ESRI from August 23 – 24, 2013 is 200,00 € for ICC 2013 Conference attendees and ESRI users.

Lowered room rates in the
Conference hotel Maritim
Pls. note: The Conference hotel Maritim lowered the room rates (sgl. room starting now from 91,00 €/night – min 5 nights). Details see: start registration/accommodation).
All participants already booked their room with higher rates will pay the lower rates at the Maritim on departure without notification! No additional confirmation letter will be sent out!

Organization of posters
In order to help the organization of the event, the authors selected for the poster presentation are kindly requested: 1) to confirm their participation at the poster sessions till the 31.05.2013 23.59 CET 2) to submit the reviewed abstract or the full paper within the given deadline (the organizers encourage the submission of a full paper, BUT a reviewed abstract is enough).
Concerning the poster itself:

• no particular restrictions are given about layout and format (max A0)
• no poster file has to be submitted nor sent

	Dresden offers a very good transport infrastructure of train, tram and bus. At the registration you will receive your name badge (transport ticket) which will authorise you to use all trams and buses of the public transport (DVB) in Dresden. This ticket is valid from August 25 - 30, 2013.
